Since 2014, supporting our communities has been part of who we are. Anchor Cares Crew brings our team together to support local organizations, help families through difficult circumstances, and use our resources to make a real difference where we live and work.
Anchor Cares Crew was inspired by our Project Manager, Wil Dressor, and his son, Crew. After Crew suffered a stroke at birth, Wil and his family experienced firsthand the strength and support a community can provide during an incredibly difficult time. Their experience inspired us to create Anchor Cares Crew in 2026, giving our team a more meaningful and organized way to support local families, organizations, and communities.
Everyone deserves a safe and secure place to call home. The Anchor Cares Crew Roof Giveaway Program was created to help homeowners facing financial hardship, unexpected life challenges, or other circumstances that have made a much-needed roof replacement difficult to afford.The selected homeowner or family will receive a new roof at no cost, helping provide greater safety, security, and peace of mind.

Nominate a deserving homeowner—or apply on your own behalf—through our nomination form. We encourage submissions that share the nominee’s story, the challenges they are facing, and how a new roof would make a meaningful difference.
Once nominations are received, our selection committee carefully reviews each application. We look at the nominee’s need, overall circumstances, and the impact a new roof could have on their life.
A deserving homeowner or family will be selected to receive a new roof at no cost. Our goal is to provide more than just a new roof—we hope to provide peace of mind, security, and support when it’s needed most.
